As a parent (guardian, grandparent, aunt, uncle, etc.) of a band student your support is essential. As you
already realize band involvement is challenging, yet rewarding for the student. As a parent, there are several
ways to support and get involved. First, ensure that your daughter or son is ready and on time for each
challenge. Next, join the booster organization and meet other dedicated parents who are making a difference.
Lastly, come out and watch your child perform.

Sincerely,
Steve Richards
